Telephoning your doctor:
If you feel you need to speak to your doctor urgently, you may ring during normal surgery hours. If the doctor is busy and is unable to take your call, it will be returned as soon as practicable. Due to the intense work load of the doctors, this may take up to 24 hours – emergency calls are put through immediately.
We are continually trying to improve services offered to our patients. If you have any suggestions or complaints about any aspect of our services please ask our reception staff for a feedback form which will be given to our practice manager for actioning. Any complaints will be dealt with confidentially and we will endeavour to offer a personal appointment to discuss any issues raised.
We are unable to make appointments, cancellations or provide results or medical records via email. Please phone the surgery for any queries relating to these matters.
