Telephoning your doctor
If you feel you need to speak to your doctor urgently, you may ring during normal surgery hours. If the doctor is busy and is unable to take your call, it will be returned as soon as practicable – emergency calls are put through immediately.
Quality Improvement
we are continually trying to improve services offered to our patients. If you have any suggestions or complaints about any aspect of our services please ask our reception staff for a questionaire to be given to our practice manager. Any complaints will be confidential and we will endeavour to offer a personal appointment to discuss any issues raised.
At this stage, email contact is restricted to general enquiry only. We are unable to make appointments, cancellations or email results or records as our surgery email is not encrypted which means it could be intercepted. We are however, hoping to change this in the near future.
